This universal adapter is designed for use with SSOP (Shrink Small Outline Package) devices with 36 pins, such as the Mitsubishi/Renesas Technology M37542F8FP. The ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) socket on this adapter is of the ClamShell type, allowing for easy insertion and removal of the SSOP package during programming and testing operations.
The ZIF socket has an operating (mechanical) warranty of 10,000 actuations, ensuring its durability and reliable performance during repeated usage. The adapter is manufactured in Slovakia and is identified by the order number (Ord. no.) 70-0800.
The bottom of the adapter features 2×18 pins arranged in a square configuration, with a row spacing of 600 mil (0.6 inches). This configuration allows for easy and secure connection of the SSOP package to the adapter during programming and testing operations, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
