Personal Assistant to Chairman
Job Title: Personal Assistant to Chairman
Location: Dubai – UAE
Job Type: Full-time.Responsibilities: Administrative Support:– Answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
– Scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
– Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization, ensuring task completion.Executive Assistance:
– Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior managers
– Primarily focused on providing support to the Chairman
– Keeping track of actions and communication
– Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping staff informed of changes
– Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman.


Travel and Expense Management:

– Booking travel and accommodation
– Managing monthly expenses.


Ad-Hoc Support:

– Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Chairman’s family
– Providing ad-hoc administrative support to other senior staff
– Providing ad-hoc corporate administrative support to the family.

Job Title: Logistic Support Professional

Location: Dubai – UAE

Job Type: Full-time


Logistics Coordination:
– Coordinate and manage the logistics process, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of electronic parts
– Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including order entry, tracking, and confirmation
– Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels

Supplier and Manufacturer Relations:
– Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of electronic parts
– Manage and maintain relationships with logistics service providers
– Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective shipping solutions

Quality Assurance:
– Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards

Issue Resolution:
– Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as shipping delays, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries

Record-keeping and Reporting:
– Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer orders using appropriate software systems
– Prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities

Collaboration with Sales Team:
– Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and up-to-date information on product availability, delivery times, and order status to customers

Industry Knowledge:
– Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
