Anemometer encodes wind speed by closing a switch with each rotation, 1.492 MPH produces a switch closure once per second
Wind vane reports wind direction as voltage produced by combination of resistors, with up to 8 different positions indicated
Sensors are supplied with RJ11 terminated cables
