    Responsibilities:

    • Answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
    • Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.
    • Personal assistants perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
    • Primarily focused on providing support to the Chairman;
    • Keeping track of actions and communications
    • Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans
    • Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman
    • Booking travel and accommodation
    • Managing monthly expenses
    • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the family and other senior staff
    • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to company activities
    • Providing ad-hoc corporate administrative support to the family

    Requirements: Arabic is a MUST
