- UAE Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UAE using Zajel, a trusted local courier service.
⏱ Delivery Time
- Urban Areas: 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays)
- Remote Areas: 2–3 business days (excluding public holidays)
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders above AED 100
- AED 15 flat rate for orders below AED 100
- Express delivery: AED 25 (optional upgrade)
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are not automatically provided at this time. However, customers may request a shipment update by contacting our support team after dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- A AED 10 COD handling fee will be applied if this option is selected at checkout.
- Our customer service team will call the customer after order placement to confirm the order.
- If the customer is unreachable within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
- COD is not available for pre-order or international shipments.
- Pre-Order Policy
Items marked as Pre-Order are subject to the following conditions:
- Cash on Delivery is not accepted. A 100% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once confirmed, as the item is specially procured.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated by email after checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to supplier lead times or external factors.
- Pickup Orders (Local Collection)
- If you choose "Pickup" at checkout, our support team will contact you to confirm once your order is ready for collection from our showroom.
- Once confirmed, you will have 10 calendar days to pick up your order.
If your order is not collected within 10 days of confirmation, it will be automatically cancelled, and the items will be returned to stock.
- International Shipping Policy
We offer global shipping via third-party couriers such as Aramex and DHL.
Estimated Shipping Fee
- An average fee of AED 180 is charged at checkout for international orders.
Important Note:
This is a base estimate only. The final shipping cost depends on your order's actual weight, size, and destination.
After checkout:
- We will confirm the final shipping cost based on the courier's invoice
- If the actual cost exceeds AED 180, we will contact you to request the additional amount
Hazardous Materials & Batteries – International Shipping Policy
Please note that hazardous materials and battery-containing items (such as lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries, aerosol cans, flammable chemicals, etc.) are not eligible for international shipping due to courier and aviation safety regulations.
- Any order containing restricted items will be reviewed and may be cancelled or modified.
- If such items are included in your international order, our team will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or remove the restricted item before shipment.
Customs & Duties
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country.
- Besomi does not cover or reimburse these fees.

Return Window
Items may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with:
- Manufacturer’s box or anti-static bag
- All manuals, tags, accessories
- Items must not be marked, altered, or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items
- Made-to-order components or custom-cut wires
- Opened or used products (e.g., anti-static bags opened)
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Consumables (e.g., batteries, thermal paste) once opened
- Return Methods & Fees
Option 1: Courier Pickup
- Free for defective or incorrectly shipped items
- AED 15 fee for non-defective item returns
Option 2: In-Person Return
- Always free (defective or not)
- Items can be returned to our showroom during working hours
- Return Process
- Submit a return request via the form or email.
- Our team will provide pickup/drop-off instructions.
- Repackage the item securely in original packaging.
- Return via courier or in person.
- Item is inspected upon arrival (within 3 business days).
- Refund or exchange is processed upon approval.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days of return approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defect or error
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping
