DSEI2X61-06C, Dual FRED Diode, miniBLOC

The DSEI2X61-06C is a fast recovery epitaxial diode (FRED) module from IXYS featuring two independent high-performance diodes in a miniBLOC package. It is designed for applications such as high-frequency inverters, motor drives, SMPS, and snubber or free-wheeling circuits. The device delivers superior performance in high-voltage, high-current environments with excellent thermal behavior and reduced EMI.
