SPW47N60C3, N-Channel Power MOSFET, TO-247-3

The SPW47N60C3 is an N-channel CoolMOS™ C3 power transistor from Infineon, engineered for high-performance in switch-mode power supplies and high-frequency converters. It offers ultra-low gate charge, fast switching, and excellent avalanche energy handling, making it suitable for demanding industrial and telecom power applications. Its TO-247-3 package provides excellent thermal characteristics for high current handling.
