The AT27C4096-90PC is a high-speed 4Mb (256K x 16-bit) One-Time Programmable (OTP) EPROM designed for applications requiring non-volatile memory storage. Built using low-power CMOS technology, it delivers high performance with fast read access times of 90ns.

Operating with a single 5V power supply, the AT27C4096 eliminates the need for multiple voltage sources during operation. It supports a Rapid™ Programming Algorithm, allowing fast data writing with 50µs per word programming time. The device also includes integrated product identification codes, enabling automatic device recognition in programming systems.

Designed with high-reliability CMOS fabrication, the AT27C4096-90PC features 2,000V ESD protection and 200mA latch-up immunity, ensuring durability in industrial and commercial applications. The chip also incorporates two-line control (CE, OE) to eliminate bus contention in high-speed systems.
