The W25Q128FVSG is a 128Mb (16MB) Serial Flash memory that offers a storage solution for embedded systems where space, pins, and power are at a premium. This device supports Dual/Quad SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) for fast read/write operations. It is ideal for code shadowing to RAM, storing text and data, or running execute-in-place (XIP) operations directly from the memory.

The W25Q128FV features a low power consumption mode with active current as low as 4mA and a standby mode with less than 1µA power consumption. The memory operates in a 2.7V to 3.6V power supply range, making it suitable for a variety of applications in consumer electronics, industrial systems, and more.

With flexible 4KB sectors, the memory supports multiple operations like page programming, block erasing (32KB or 64KB), and sector erasing. It can handle more than 100,000 erase/program cycles and ensures data retention for over 20 years. The W25Q128FVSG also includes advanced security features such as write protection, hardware/software-based protection, and a 64-bit unique serial number for each device.
