The VIPer53SP is a high-efficiency off-line primary switch designed for power applications. This 65W switch integrates a current-mode PWM controller with a high-voltage MDmesh power MOSFET in a single PowerSO-10 SMD package. With features such as soft start, automatic burst mode, and high-voltage startup, it simplifies power designs while providing protection features such as overtemperature shutdown, overload, and short-circuit protection.
