M95160W 16-Kbit Serial SPI Bus EEPROM with High-Speed Clock - 20 MHz

The M95160W is a 16-Kbit serial EEPROM memory device organized as 2048 × 8 bits and accessed via an SPI bus interface. The memory provides robust data retention and high endurance, making it ideal for a variety of applications requiring reliable data storage. With support for write protection features and a clock frequency of up to 20 MHz, the M95160W allows fast data transfers and secure data storage.

The memory array includes a write-protectable section for added security of critical data. Additionally, it supports byte write and page write (up to 32 bytes), and operates over a wide range of supply voltages, from 2.5V to 5.5V.
