W27C020-70, 2Mbit Electrically Erasable EPROM, DIP-32

The W27C020-70 is a 2Mbit Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) designed for high-speed and low-power applications. This memory device is organized as 256K × 8 bits, operating on a single 5V power supply for both reading and writing operations.
