The M27C4002-10F1 is a 4Mbit (256Kb x 16) UV EPROM / OTP EPROM designed for microprocessor-based applications requiring large, non-volatile storage. It supports fast read access times as low as 45ns, making it suitable for high-speed applications.

Operating at 5V ±10%, the M27C4002 is available in both UV-erasable and OTP (One-Time Programmable) versions. The UV-erasable version (FDIP40W and JLCC44W packages) allows reprogramming via ultraviolet light exposure, while the OTP version (PDIP40, PLCC44, TSOP40) is permanently programmed.

With a programming voltage of 12.75V ± 0.25V, it ensures reliable data storage and a programming time of 100µs/word. The electronic signature function allows for automatic identification of the device, making it ideal for embedded systems, firmware storage, and legacy computing applications.
