AT24C04CM ,4-Kbit I²C-Compatible 2-wire Serial EEPROM, SOIC-8 Package

The AT24C04CM is a 4-Kbit Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) with a 2-wire I²C serial interface. It is internally organized as 512 x 8 and operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. This EEPROM supports both standard and fast modes with up to 1MHz compatibility and features a Schmitt trigger for noise suppression.

It is optimized for use in industrial and commercial applications where low-power operation is critical. With a page size of 16 bytes, it supports byte and page write operations. The device provides high reliability with more than 1,000,000 write cycles and a data retention time of over 100 years.
