The 74HC573D is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device providing an octal D-type transparent latch with 3-state outputs. The IC is organized as a single 8-bit latch with a common Latch Enable (LE) and Output Enable (OE). When LE is HIGH, data at the D-inputs is transferred to the Q-outputs. The Q-outputs will follow the data input as long as LE remains HIGH. When LE goes LOW, the output data is latched.
