NC-559-ASM FLUX 100G

NC-559-ASM solder paste is a small-sized and easy-to-carry product that weighs about 100 grams/3.5 ounces. It has a granularity of 28 (um) and viscosity of 180 (Pa·S). The paste provides several advantages, including preventing oxidation during high-temperature soldering and reducing the surface tension of the material for better quality soldering. Additionally, the tin in the paste has a fast running speed, low smoke generation, and high residual insulation resistance, making it a good insulator. The rosin in the paste is also an excellent insulator that does not conduct electricity under dry conditions. The flux has anti-oxidation properties that protect the soldering iron tip of the gold-copper alloy matrix. The semi-solid flux is not easy to pour, making it convenient to use.
