Promotional Items / Reduced-Priced Items:

  • All items purchased at a reduced price are considered final sales.

Return or Exchange for Regular-Priced Products Requirements:
Order Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Cancellations must be submitted through the designated Cancellation Form to ensure proper tracking and processing. Cancellations through other channels will not be accepted.
  • Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • After the 1-hour window, the order will proceed to dispatch, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Cancellation After Dispatch (Order "On the Way"):

  • Once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • If a customer still wishes to cancel an order that is already "on the way," the customer must agree to cover any shipping costs incurred up to that point. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Replacement or Purchase for Returned Items:

  • Upon the return of an item, the company will either provide a replacement or offer the customer the choice to acquire another item of equivalent value.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • A maximum of 24 hours of the date of the delivery notice is required.
