Gravity: Analog Electrochemical Carbon Dioxide Sensor (0-10000 ppm)

The SEN0159 Gravity Analog Electrochemical Carbon Dioxide Sensor Module is designed for detecting CO2 concentration in the range of 0 to 10,000 ppm. It is suitable for air quality monitoring, indoor CO2 detection, fermentation process control, and other environmental sensing applications.

This module uses the MG-811 CO2 sensor, which is highly sensitive to carbon dioxide while having lower sensitivity to alcohol and carbon monoxide. It also features low humidity and temperature dependency, helping provide more stable readings in different environments.

Analog and Digital Output

The sensor provides an analog voltage output that changes according to CO2 concentration. As the CO2 concentration increases, the output voltage decreases.

It also includes an onboard potentiometer that allows users to set a voltage threshold. When the CO2 level becomes high enough and the voltage drops below the set threshold, the module outputs a digital ON/OFF alarm signal.

Stable Sensor Performance

The module includes an onboard heating circuit to maintain the best operating temperature for the sensor. It also has an internal power boost circuit that increases the heating voltage to 6V, helping the sensor perform more effectively.
