DS1104Z Digital Oscilloscope

The DS1104Z is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope with a 100 MHz analog channel bandwidth and a real-time sample rate of up to 1 GSa/s. It has a memory depth of up to 24 Mpts and a waveform capture rate of up to 30,000 wfms/s. The oscilloscope also has a built-in dual-channel 25 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator and various trigger and bus decoding functions.

The innovative "UltraVision" technology enhances the oscilloscope's performance and functionality. The oscilloscope has various interfaces such as USB Host&Device, LAN (LXI), and AUX, making it easy to use and connect to other devices.

It has a compact size and lightweight design, with a 7-inch WVGA (800x480) TFT LCD color display. The display has intensity graded color, providing a clear view of the waveform.

One of the unique features of this oscilloscope is its ability to upgrade to MSO with the purchase of a logic probe RPL1116. This upgrade adds 16 digital channels, making it more convenient to test multiple analog and digital signals simultaneously and analyze logic signals more efficiently.

The oscilloscope also has a hardware waveform recording and playback function, which allows the user to record waveform changes and easily replay them to find the fault location. The serial bus triggering and decoding function supports RS232 / UART, I2C, and SPI bus.

The oscilloscope has two 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator models that combine the oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and signal source to give the user a more efficient test experience. The oscilloscope also provides a digital fluorescent display with gray level display capability, similar to the fluorescent display effect, allowing minute changes in the waveform to be easily detected.
