DIL44/PLCC44 ZIF-CS

The universal adapter is designed to accommodate devices in PLCC44 (Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier 44) package and is intended for mass-production purposes. The adapter is also capable of supporting LCC44 (Leadless Chip Carrier 44) packages after modification (see below).



The ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) socket on this adapter features a ClamShell type design and is capable of accepting PLCC44 packages. The ZIF socket has an operating (mechanical) warranty of 10,000 actuations, indicating its durability and suitability for repeated use.



The bottom part of the adapter features 2 rows of 2x22 pins, arranged in a square pattern with a pitch of 0.6x0.6mm (600 mil) and rows spacing of 600 mil. This allows for a reliable and efficient connection to the PLCC44 package.



The adapter is made in Slovakia and is identified by Ord. no. 70-0275. It is suitable for mass-production purposes and is designed to provide a reliable and efficient solution for programming and testing devices in PLCC44 packages, including a wide range of electronic components.



Please note that the adapter can also be modified to support LCC44 packages, as indicated. However, specific details on the modification process may be provided separately or available in the product documentation.
