The top board of the BGA adapter is designed to accommodate ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) sockets, which are capable of accepting one or more variants of supported packages with different ball diameter, ball height, and body thickness. The ZIF socket used in the BGA adapter has an operating (mechanical) warranty of 10,000 actuations, ensuring durability and reliability during frequent use. It is supported from PG4UW software version 3.28, with serial numbers from 850A-00108 supported from PG4UW software version 3.76. This ensures compatibility and functionality with the programming software.
