The TOSHIBA 6N139 are current loop drivers with low input current line receivers and CMOS logic interfaces. They feature a GaAâ„“As infrared emitting diode coupled with a split-Darlington output configuration. The high-speed GaAâ„“As Ired, manufactured with a unique LPE junction, offers fast rise and fall times at low drive current. The devices have an isolation voltage of 2500Vrms (minimum) and different current transfer ratios depending on the model and input current. They also have specific switching times for both high-to-low (tPHL) and low-to-high (tPLH) transitions. Additionally, the devices are UL recognized under UL1577 with the file number E67349.
