LL4148 Small Signal Fast Switching Diode

The LL4148 is the surface-mount (SMD) equivalent of the classic 1N4148 signal diode. It is housed in a MiniMELF (SOD-80) package, which is a cylindrical glass body designed for automated assembly. Unlike flat SMD packages, the MiniMELF package is known for its high reliability and thermal stability in demanding environments. The primary strength of the LL4148 is its ultrafast switching speed.
