MJ15003 NPN Silicon Power Transistor

The MJ15003 is a high-power NPN silicon transistor designed for high-power audio, disk head drivers, and other linear applications. It is widely regarded as a staple in the audio industry for high-fidelity power amplifiers due to its excellent linearity and high safe operating area (SOA). With a 20 Ampere current capacity and a 250 Watt power rating, it is built to handle heavy loads with ease. It is the NPN complement to the MJ15004 PNP transistor.
