The H20R1202-BLK (IHW20N120R2) is a Reverse Conducting Soft Switching IGBT designed for high-voltage applications, featuring an integrated monolithic body diode for efficient energy conversion. Its trench and field-stop technology ensures excellent ruggedness and temperature stability, making it ideal for resonant converters, induction heating, and soft-switching power supplies.

With a Collector-Emitter Voltage (V_CE) rating of 1200V and a Continuous Collector Current of 20A (40A at 25°C), the H20R1202-BLK delivers robust performance for demanding applications.
