FFH60UP60S Ultrafast Recovery Power Rectifier

The FFH60UP60S is an ultrafast recovery diode (UFRD) featuring a soft recovery characteristic and low forward voltage drop. It is engineered specifically to reduce switching losses in high-frequency power conversion systems. Because of its 600-Volt and 60-Ampere rating, it is a critical component for high-power applications such as switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), welding equipment, and induction heating.
