The SM2LZ47 is a bi-directional triode thyristor (Triac) developed by Toshiba for AC power control applications. With an 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a continuous on-state current rating of 2A, it is designed for reliable and efficient operation in industrial automation, motor control, and lighting dimmer circuits.
Featuring a low gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.5V and a trigger current (Igt) of 10mA, the SM2LZ47 is optimized for sensitive gate triggering, allowing easy control via low-power logic circuits.
