LM350T/NOPB Positive Adjustable Voltage Regulator

The LM350T/NOPB is an adjustable three terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying in excess of 3 Amperes over an output voltage range of 1.2 Volts to 33 Volts. It is exceptionally easy to use and requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage. The NOPB designation indicates that the product is Lead Free (No Pb) and complies with environmental safety standards. One of the standout features of the LM350 series is its robust protection circuitry. It includes current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area protection, which remains functional even if the adjustment terminal is disconnected.
