STRS6708, Off-Line Switching Regulator, SIP Package

The STRS6708 is an off-line switching regulator designed for quasi-resonant flyback converters. It integrates a primary control circuit with a third-generation high-voltage bipolar switching transistor, optimizing power conversion efficiency and system reliability. This device features cycle-by-cycle current limiting, under-voltage lockout with hysteresis, over-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown, ensuring robust protection in all operating conditions. The STRS6708 also includes a triple-level inhibit circuit, supporting both quasi-resonant operation and a low-power standby mode to minimize energy consumption. Designed for switch-mode power supply (SMPS) applications, this regulator provides a maximum output power of up to 220W and is housed in a Single In-Line Package (SIP) for efficient thermal management.
