The FAN3227 is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver IC designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in low-side switching applications. With its non-inverting configuration, the FAN3227 provides independent enable pins for each channel and is capable of driving outputs with peak currents up to +/-2A. The device is equipped with MillerDrive™ technology, enabling rapid switching and minimizing power loss during the MOSFET turn-on/off process.
