LNK364DN Power IC SOIC8 700V MOSFET Integrated Buck Converter Controller

The LNK364DN is a highly integrated monolithic switcher IC from the LinkSwitch-TN family by Power Integrations. Housed in a compact SOIC-8 SMD package, it combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, control, and protection circuitry, allowing for the design of compact and low-component-count non-isolated buck, buck-boost, or flyback converters.
