BGA-Top-208 ZIF (a)

The top board of BGA adapters with Ord. no. 70-1079A is specifically designed to support BGA256 packages with a ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) socket. The ZIF socket on this top board is of OpenTop type and is capable of accepting various variations of BGA packages that differ in ball diameter, ball height, and body thickness. The operating (mechanical) warranty of the ZIF socket is 10,000 actuations, providing reliable and durable performance during testing, programming, and development of BGA256 packages.



The connection to the BGA-Bottom-X on this top board consists of 8x25 square pins and 3x20 square pins, totaling 256 pins, with a size of 0.6x0.6mm. This allows for accurate alignment and electrical connectivity with the BGA256 packages. The top board is manufactured in Slovakia and meets high-quality standards for reliable performance.



The top board is also compatible with PG4UW software version 3.76 or higher, and it supports serial numbers (s/n) from 1079A-00754 onwards.
