Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
- Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.
- Personal assistants perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
- Primarily focused on providing support to the Chairman;
- Keeping track of actions and communications
- Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans
- Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Managing monthly expenses
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the family and other senior staff
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to company activities
- Providing ad-hoc corporate administrative support to the family
Requirements: Arabic is a MUST
