The Siglent SSG6083A is a high-performance microwave analog signal generator offering a continuous wave (CW) frequency range from 100 kHz to 13.6 GHz with precise 0.01 Hz tuning resolution. Featuring excellent signal purity (phase noise –135 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, 20 kHz offset) and wide output power capability (–130 dBm to +24 dBm), it supports AM/FM/PM analog modulation and features an OCXO frequency standard for outstanding stability. A 5-inch capacitive touchscreen with RGB output enables intuitive operation. The unit includes USB Host & Device (TMC), LAN (VXI-11/Socket/Telnet), and web-browser remote control. Pulse and pulse-train generation are available as optional licenses. It is ideally suited for communications, aerospace, defense, R&D, and production test environments.
