The Siglent SSG5083A is a high-performance microwave signal generator offering CW output from 9 kHz up to 13.6 GHz, with ultra-fine tuning resolution of 0.001 Hz. Featuring an OCXO reference for exceptional frequency stability, it delivers output power up to +25 dBm standard (extendable to –130 dBm with optional attenuator module), and maintains phase noise around –120 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, 20 kHz offset. The instrument supports analog modulation including AM, FM, and PM, and can be optionally upgraded for pulse, double-pulse, or pulse-train generation. A 5‑inch capacitive touchscreen with GUI supports mouse and keyboard input, and remote control is available via USB, LAN (VXI-11, socket, telnet), with optional GPIB support. Ideal for R&D, aerospace, communications testing, and precision laboratory use.
