PL259 MALE / FEMALE CONNECTOR

The PL259 Male/Female Connector is a part of the UHF series of universal plug connectors that feature a screw lock mechanism. The connector has teeth that engage to prevent twisting even when exposed to vibrations, making it a reliable choice for various applications. However, its wave impedance has not been adjusted, so it is suitable for use in lower frequency ranges, with a maximum of 200 MHz.

The connector has contact parts made from CuZn39Pb3 and insulated parts made from PTFE, POM, or DAP, with nickel-plated housing parts. The cable is relieved from strain by screwing it into a thread on the plug body. The PL259 Male/Female Connector comes with assembly instructions for ease of use.
