The RIGOL 2000 Series oscilloscopes offer a bandwidth of up to 200 MHz and come standard with 50 Ω input. They feature two analog channels and 16 digital channels for the MSO2000 models, and have a lower noise floor with a wide vertical range of 500 uV/div~10 V/div. The real-time sample rate for the analog channel is up to 2 GSa/s, while the digital channel can reach up to 1 GSa/s (for MSO). Memory depth is 56Mpts, and the "UltraVision" technology is included. The oscilloscopes have a waveform capture rate of up to 52,000 wfms/s and up to 256 levels intensity grading waveform display. They also have up to 65,000 frames hardware real-time waveform record, playback and analysis functions (standard). The oscilloscopes offer a variety of trigger and bus decoding functions, including Parallel, RS232, I2C, SPI, and CAN. The MSO2000A-S model also includes a built-in dual-channel 25 MHz signal source. The oscilloscopes have complete connectivity options, including USB Host&Device, LAN (LXI), AUX, and optional USB-GPIB. The 2000 Series oscilloscopes feature an 8 inch TFT (800x480) WVGA display. Additionally, the oscilloscopes have waveform record and playback capabilities, can support up to 16 digital channels (for MSO), and come with integrated 2-channel full function 25MHz generator. Serial bus triggering and decoding functions, such as I2C, SPI, RS232/UART, and CAN bus triggering and decoding, are also included as standard or optional features.
