The TOSHIBA 6N137 is a digital logic isolation telecommunication analog data equipment control device. It features a high-emitting diode and a one chip photo IC in an 8-lead DIP package. The device is compatible with LSTTL/TTL logic levels with a 5V supply. It provides ultra high speed up to 10MBd and guarantees performance within the temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The device also offers high isolation voltage of at least 2500Vrms and is UL recognized under UL1577 with the file number E67349.
