ST-7500, Infrared Ceramic Preheating Platform, 400W

The ATTEN ST-7500 Preheating Platform is a high-performance, ESD-safe device designed to facilitate the preheating of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components. Equipped with a 400W infrared ceramic heater, it ensures rapid and uniform heating across a 120×120mm area, making it ideal for rework tasks on multilayered or heavy copper ground plane PCBs. The platform features a sensor closed-loop PID control system for precise and stable temperature regulation, with a range from 50°C to 500°C. An OLED display provides clear visibility of operating temperatures and quick access to preset parameters, enhancing user convenience. The anti-static design safeguards sensitive components from electrostatic discharge, and the inclusion of an external K-type thermocouple allows for accurate measurement of PCB temperatures. Additionally, the ST-7500 offers connectivity options, including RS485, for integration with other devices. ​
