BESOMI ELECTRONICS product should be at your door within 2-6 business days of your order confirmation. Customers residing in UAE will get a flat shipping charge of 29 AED. If your total order amount is more than 200 AED we will bear the shipping charge for you within UAE. If you are outside UAE then you can opt-in for UPS shipping. Please ensure you have provided all important information including a contact number should there be any questions about your location. Once your order is ready for delivery our team will call to verify the address and the perfect time to have your item delivered.

Return Policy

All reduced-priced items are final sale. Items bought using promotional codes or at a discounted rate are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All regular-priced products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery. Prior to returning any Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company to obtain a return materials request number. All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging after providing the Company proof of delivery of the such return.
