he KA5M0365R series from Fairchild Semiconductor is a power switch family optimized for off-line SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) applications. It integrates a high-voltage SenseFET and a current-mode PWM controller into one chip, reducing the total component count.

With features such as pulse-by-pulse current limiting, over-current protection, and internal thermal shutdown, this series ensures maximum efficiency and protection. The TO-220F-4L package type offers ease of mounting and effective heat dissipation, making it ideal for compact power designs.
