The bottom board of the BGA adapter with ord. no. 70-0790 is designed for use with Lattice ispGDX2/E devices in a matrix of 10x10. It is supported from PG4UW (ProMan Graphics) software version 3.39r and is made in Slovakia. The connection to the BGA-Top-X is through 8x25 3x20 sockets for wire wrap pin, providing reliable connections for programming or interfacing with the target device. The bottom board has 2 rows of 2x24 pins, arranged in a square pattern with a pitch of 0.6x0.6mm (600 mil) row spacing, allowing for secure and stable connections to the target device.
