The Ancor Marine Grade Heat Shrink Tube is a high-quality, cross-linked polyolefin tubing that offers superior strength and durability compared to PVC tubing. It has a heat-activated adhesive lining that provides an impervious seal to salt water, oil, acids, and sunlight, while also providing strain relief. With the highest shrink ratio of any heat shrink tubing, it can shrink to 1/3 of its original size. The tubing shrinks at 257 degrees Fahrenheit / 125 degrees Celsius and has an operating temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to 110 degrees Celsius. It is UL 224 rated and has an out of package length/depth of 48 inches / 122 cm. The tubing has a black color and a diameter of 3/8" (9.5mm).
